i found the reception staff very helpful. onur was wonderful and so attentive. the restaurant service seemed perfect and the food was good. i especially loved the bar, where i enjoyed sipping on expertly crafted cocktails.

the location was convenient for seeing attractions. the staff was friendly at check-in. the hotel provides a gym with several machines. the room had a mini-fridge for storing drinks.
the room service menu had limited options after 10 pm. i found that housekeeping missed a spot in the bathroom. the in-room coffee maker was difficult to use. the tv remote was not working properly.
